1) A minimum deposit of £100.00 if required for the course to secure a place and bookings must be made in advance. This fee is non-refundable and non-transferable.
2) Payments must be made in full towards the course on the day of training. Please note training courses are non refundable as you will have accessed course material.
3) Please allow up to 3 weeks for certificates to be sent out by email or hard copy format on request.
4)We understand at times, you may need to cancel or reschedule your course. We require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling as Elegance Beauty Academy trainers travel out to the training venue.
5) Notifications of under 24 hours will result in the course fee being fully deducted and an additional charge will apply if you would like to resit the course at another date. An additional charge of £99.00 will apply for resit of training courses.
